Are your subcontractors licensed and background-checked?
Every trade we bring on is verified for active Washington registration, bonding, and insurance before stepping on a job site, and works under our project lead's supervision and safety program.

We follow Washington L&I requirements under WAC 296-155, including a written accident prevention program, required PPE by task, documented incident reporting, and a defined chain of command with emergency contacts posted on site.

No. We work exclusively in Southwest Washington — Clark County and the surrounding communities — so our crews, permits, and inspection relationships stay local.
